It'd be like taking issue with Game Pass not including the best version of a game (Ultimate Editions etc.) rather than the standard version. It's a little misleading depending on how you look at it, but if they can make some additional money from that sort of scheme, I'm all for it. Sure, I suppose you could skew some perceptions that this is "day one", but day one tends to mean the same day the game is available to everyone - namely the day that standard pre-orders unlock.
